It was an interesting project as it pushed me to dig up photos and technical notes from the ’80s and ’90s of when songs were written, recorded and mixed and so on – something for the fans that know these songs and would like more detail. I ended up changing the selection of songs a few times to get something that wasn’t just a hits package.
